The Company is engaged inter alia in the business of providing surgical / elective surgeries including end-to-end patient assistance before and after the Surgery (as defined) / procedures (“MCS Services”) through RMPs (defined below). MCS Services shall be performed at the Establishment (defined below) that have adequate infrastructure and facilities required for the Surgery as per these Terms. These Terms have to be read along with the Company’s privacy policy published at https://medicareslices.com/privacy-policy/ any usage of the MCS Services shall denote acceptance by such Users of these Terms (together with any Service specific terms or policies that are embedded or incorporated by reference herein) and the Privacy Policy (together referred as “Agreement”).
1.1 Agreement: By accessing or using the MCS website and services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1.2 Modification: These Terms may be changed at any time by Medicare Slices. This page will be updated with any changes, and your continuing use of the website and its services indicates that you agree to them.

The parties understand and concur that any information supplied about the user’s personally identifiable information or sensitive personal data will be kept private. Without the user’s permission, such private information cannot be shared with a third party unless.
The public already has access to this information.

The App must provide this information to its legal counsel, who will thereafter be subject to the secrecy restriction outlined in this agreement.

Regarding Advertisements by Third Parties
The quality and legitimacy of the goods or services advertised, as well as any advertising representations made by the Third Party, are not covered by the App.
The content of third-party advertisements is not supported or endorsed by the app.
The mobile number that users submit while using Medicare Slices will be used to receive information via SMS and WhatsApp. Reminders, order progress updates, booking reminders, and other pertinent information are sent by MCS with this assistance. Users acknowledge the nature of these communications and the risks associated.
The Parties shall abide by all applicable laws, bylaws, rules, regulations, orders, notifications, judgments, and decrees that are enforced in their respective jurisdictions by the Union Government and/or the State Governments and that apply to it and its business operations.
Exclusion of Damages: Medicare Slices disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the website or services, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
The terms of the Agreement are governed by the laws of India. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding, which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to this Application and/or the Services, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
